🏃 A Family on the Run — Protected, Sheltered, and Restored
This is the story of a family of four — two parents and their twin daughters — who fled the escalating gang violence in Port-au-Prince in search of safety and survival.
Forced to leave everything behind, they arrived in a new community with no home and no resources.
In response, CFAH stepped in to build a temporary shelter, made of galvanized sheet metal — simple, but vital. It gave the family a safe place to cook, sleep, and begin again with dignity.
🏡 From a Tin Shelter to a True Home
Thanks to the compassionate support of CFAH donors, the family was later moved into a permanent home — a secure, well-built structure where their daughters can now grow in peace.
