President
Irvin Holdeman became president of CFAH in 2023.
Maxo Jn Boursiquot
Board Member - Communications Director
Maxo was born in La Vallee, Haiti in November of 1965. In 1985 he immigrated to the United States as a young adult. Educated in both Haiti and the US, his work and life experience has been extensive.
A tax accountant and author, he is passionate about the plight of the people of Haiti. He is one of the founding members of CFAH.
Fred Decker
Board Member - Consultant
Fred Decker was born near Roxbury, Kansas and grew up near DeRidder, LA. He currently resides in Kansas where he is a heavy machinery operator.
Fred spent nearly 13 years in Haiti doing missionary work and various humanitarian aid projects.
He currently holds a place on the board of CFAH and acts as consultant.
Anthony Penner
Board Member
Anthony Penner was born in St. Marys, Ontario. He spent the first 10 years of his working life as a woodworker, building fine furniture.
In 2006, he was asked to spend three months in Haiti to assist a woodworking shop project in Fonds Parisien. There his love for the Haitian people began.
From 2007-2010, he and his family lived in Oriani, Haiti, beginning a church mission, which also branched into humanitarian work, help with the church school, as well as helping out with a little local clinic.
Health issues with his son sent him home. Now he is a farmer living in Meaford, ON....but his love for Haiti sends him back there whenever possible.
Arvin Decker
Board Member
Arvin Decker was born in Leland, MS. His childhood years were split between Kansas and Haiti. He has a wide ranging work experience including dairy farming, milk processing, concrete work, and others. He currently works as grounds keeper for Canfor Sawmill.
His time spent as a child and also as missionary in Haiti gives him a compassion for the challenges faced by the Haitian people.

Jean Gildonny Hypolite
Chairman
Born in 1976 at Bainet, Haiti, Jean Gildonny Hypolite received his primary formal education there before continuing his studies at Saint Jean Bosco School in Port-au-Prince and other various other institutions. His professional resume includes teaching as well as positions for various NGOs including Samaritans Purse & Christian Aid Ministries (CAM).
He is an ordained minister of the Church of God In Christ, Mennonite, Haiti.
He joined the Haitian Board of CFAH as chairman in February 2022
Elder Petit-Del
Vice Chairman
A native of Gros Morne, Haiti, Elder Petit-Del has spent most of his career in the educational sector. He is currently the administrator at the Creche la Providence de Dieu in Ganthier, Haiti.
He is an ordained minister of the Church of God In Christ, Mennonite, Haiti.
Joseph Pierre
Treasurer
Joseph Pierre currently lives and works in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. He has been Professor of Experimental Sciences (biology & physics) at the Good Samaritan School of Santo since 2016.
He was ordained a deacon of the Church of God In Christ Mennonite, Haiti on September 9, 2021.
He joined the Haitian Board of CFAH as treasurer in February of 2022.
Larousse Constant
Secretary
Larousse Constant was born in Bainet, Haiti. Formally trained and experienced in a variety of fields including data management, he currently is responsible for managing the information system of the anti-tuberculosis center, Mission Mennonite de la Croix-des-bouquets.
He is a member of the Church of God In Christ, Mennonite, Haiti.
He joined the Haitian Board of CFAH in February of 2022 as secretary.
Louis Brutus
Committee Member
Louis Brutus spent the majority of his life in Fonds-Parisien, Haiti with the exception of time spent as a missionary at Cote de Fer. He currently manages a hardware store in Fonds-Parisien.
He was ordained a minister of the Church of God In Christ, Mennonite, Haiti on September 22, 1996.
He joined the Haitian Board of CFAH in 2022.
